Anastasia Karagiorgi is a Greek photographer.
Born and raised in Thessaloniki, Greece. I studied photography at Ionian University in the Department of Audiovisual Arts.
I shoot details that catch my attention, bits and pieces of everyday life. Also I’m interested in creating photo essays. I like using a combination of text and photos to explore a subject as in the project Ars Memoriae.
Why “Out of Focus”? Well, let’s just say life has its ups and downs, and of course the art follows these fluctuations. Many times there is the feeling of being out of place, out of time, or as I say, out of focus.
